PDPA notice

This notice explains the processing of personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in connection with property enquiries, marketing, recruitment and transaction support.

Data and sources

Data may include identity and contact details, property requirements, transaction context, communications, form source and information supplied by you or an authorised representative.

Purposes

Data may be used to respond, recommend relevant opportunities, arrange viewings, coordinate documentation, manage CRM follow-up, analyse service performance, prevent misuse and comply with law.

Disclosure

Disclosure may be made to Hazel’s authorised assistant, the estate agency, authorised negotiators and staff, developers or owners where you request information, service providers, lawyers, banks and authorities when relevant and permitted. The public WhatsApp inbox is shared with Hazel’s PA for enquiry handling.

Consent and access

Submitting a form records consent for the requested follow-up. You may contact Hazel or the PropNex Kota Kinabalu office to request access, correction or withdrawal, subject to applicable legal limits.
